Pat has spent his entire career managing operations  in both the medical and commercial office cleaning industry. His career began in the early 1980’s  as a Director of Environmental Services, providing housekeeping, laundry services and general maintenance for Nursing Homes for 12 years. Pat then accepted a position as a Senior District Manager for one of our nations largest commercial cleaning contractor in the Tampa Bay Area.

Pats reputation and dedication has brought him great success and continues to be a major asset and factor for the rapid growth and development of Strategic Building Services  over the last 5 years. His first hand knowledge of operations and administration along with his excellent customer service skills  provides our clients with the confidence that they are receiving the best our industry has to offer.

Brian started his career in the building services industry in 1979, working his way through college as a janitor for a small local commercial cleaning company in Long Island, NY. There he learned how to effectively clean offices for a variety of facilities. He gained first hand experience on refinishing hard surface floors, various carpet cleaning systems and window cleaning.


With his strong work ethic, Brian quickly rose through the ranks and enjoyed a long & successful career working at the Senior Management level for some of the nations largest building services contractors for over 20 years. Before leaving the corporate world, Brian managed a division containing over 900 employees with sales in excess of 28 million dollars.

Brian’s leadership skills and commitment to the building services industry is widely recognized, but his personal success and satisfaction is derived from the vast amount of help and assistance he provides to so many people on a daily basis
